Through gentle prompts and creative expression, we’ll reflect, cultivate gratitude, and craft a personalized affirmation for you to take home.

1 x curated craft supplies kit*
guided group meditation
thoughtful journal prompts to inspire a gratitude mindset
*Kit includes stickers, washi tape, and decorative papers for you to use and keep. Glue and scissors will also be provided for use during the workshop.
You’re welcome to bring additional craft supplies as well, we just ask that you be mindful of the limited space.
Please do bring: your journal and something to write with.
