Moonrise Mindset Journal Night

📓 This guided reflective journal session invites you to slow down and create for the joy of it. 💖

Through gentle prompts and creative expression, we’ll reflect, cultivate gratitude, and craft an affirmation for you to take home.

• a guided group meditation

• thoughtful journal prompts to inspire a gratitude mindset

  *Kit includes stickers, washi tape, and decorative papers for you to use and keep. Glue and scissors will also be provided for use during the workshop.

You’re welcome to bring additional craft supplies as well, we just ask that you be mindful of the limited space.

Please do bring: your journal and something to write with.
