Thoughtful journal prompts will be provided to spark self-reflection, clarity, and flow. This is your dedicated time to explore your inner landscape with honesty and care, in a safe space with support.
Discussion + affirmation crafting
We wind down each session with optional conversation and shared reflection, holding space for curiosity, questions, insights, and breakthroughs. While discussing, you're invited to craft personal affirmations with your supplies - something you can carry with you to remind you of your insights.
